Welcome to our website, my name is Caroline and I have been the General Manager of Dialamaid since it was founded in 2002.
Since then we have established a reputation for providing professional housekeeping with a personal, homely back of house support for our clients.
I believe it is most important that our clients feel comfortable with our staff & are happy with the service that we provide and that they trust us completely, after all, our clients entrust us with their homes and their possessions and we must respect their home & possessions as if they were our own.
It is very important to us that our staff are healthy, happy and looked after. They live in a well maintained, well supervised and well secured property. We have three dedicated chefs & kitchen hands that work tirelessly preparing and cooking healthy & hearty meals for their colleagues.
We transport our cleaning staff in our branded buses to and from the staff housing and do not expect them to catch the metro or buses in order to get them from property to property.
I have thirty five years of executive housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry in 5 star hotels as well as hospitals and private medical clinics. I have very high standards & expectations of the service our company provides. We have a wonderful team of male & female cleaners that work extremely hard and live a good life in Dubai and I am extremely proud of them.
